I thought I would relate an experience I had with customer support at Intercasino.
I was having a problem making a deposit through Firepay into the casino Ecash banking and I thought I had tried everything I could to no avail. My wife was sitting with me during this when we noticed a little button on the casino homepage that said "Call Me". I clicked the button and said to my wife, "We'll see if they call".

So we begin to wait and I swear to God the phone rang in 2.5 min. I timed them. It was a direct call from London and after verification I got the problem corrected.
This is just one small aspect of Trusted Customer Support in Intercasino, and I have some more examples for other gambling sites as well.
